Price quoted for new caravans are ex-works. They are subject to delivery charges at cost.

Site rent for the 2026 season is £3360 including VAT.

Council rates for the 2026 – approx £260

Gas & Electricity are metered – you pay for what you use.

Water is included in the site rent.
